CORCYM Code of Ethics establishes the general principles inspiring the conduct of business in relation to the main stakeholders with which CORCYM interacts on a daily basis: patients, healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations, clients, suppliers and consultants, employees and collaborators, institutions and competitors.This document provides all the Group's affiliates with cogent and uniform guidelines for the professional practices to be followed by anyone who work for or on behalf of CORCYM, or has business dealings with it including distributors, agents and other intermediaries.

Corcym S.r.l.’s organization, management and control model is a document that forms part of the internal control system required under Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. The Model sets out – among other things – principles, control schemes and measures aimed at preventing corrupt practices and other crimes as far as possible.

CORCYM is committed to the highest ethical standards and compliance with laws and regulations applicable to our business, including but not limited to laws and regulations relating to slavery and human trafficking.

Corcym’s Whistleblowing System allows employees, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders to:

• report any concerns about situations inconsistent with our Code of Ethics;
• report any concerns regarding product safety or regulatory compliance;
• disclose conflicts of interest that may affect job performance.

Corcym is committed to advance scientific and clinical knowledge related to our products and therapies through the conduction of clinical investigations and support of Investigator Initiated Research. Corcym aims to ensure high ethical standards in the conduction of the clinical investigations as well as accurate, complete and transparent reporting of clinical investigation results and supports widely recognized industry standards for publications as reflected in our Publication Guidelines.
